Fitness AssessmentThe custom program starts off with a self-assessment of each discipline to determine training parameters and to allow us to monitor your improvement.
Planning & PeriodizationYour personal coach will plan the best route forward for your training by planning segments of programs that builds on your previous training gains.
Training ProgramYour personalised training program will have structure sessions with detailed instructions including the desired pace or intensity for each session.
Coaching FeedbackYour personal coach will be in constant contact with you and provide feedback on sessions and update your program as needed.
