Get an event or distance specific training plan. Improve your training and reach your goals with a structured training plan. All training plans are carefully created to get the best out of your training and includes easy to understand speed and interval sessions.

How our Individual Programs Work

Fitness Assessment

The custom program starts off with a self-assessment of each discipline to determine training parameters and to allow us to monitor your improvement.

Planning & Periodization

Your personal coach will plan the best route forward for your training by planning segments of programs that builds on your previous training gains.

Training Program

Your personalised training program will have structure sessions with detailed instructions including the desired pace or intensity for each session.

Coaching Feedback

Your personal coach will be in constant contact with you and provide feedback on sessions and update your program as needed.
